I have found the program that i am using on youtube . It is a pretty difficult one because has small breaks and the exercises need lot of strenghth and power and willing.
I will share with you and if you like and practice then i am glad.
You can practice slowly and not to the maximum at the begginning, in time trying to work on maximum power for great results.
I just adore Billy Blank's workout.
