Tsukune. Japanese Recipe
I have made yesterday evening tsukune.I love this cooking recipe,very easy to prepare.
I will give the recipe here and if you try let me know what you think about it.
What you need
500 gr.chicken breast(no bones)
1 small onion
2 tea spoons of sugar
2 spoons of soy sauce
3spoons of bread crumbs
You mix all and make is look like a paste. Then you take the meat and form small balls like ping pong ball:) and put on grill or in fry pan.(put some butter in the fry pan before to add the meat balls.
After the meat balls start to get browny,you will add the teryaki sauce.
2 spoons of soy sauce(i add 3 of all)
2 spoons of mirin( if you don't have it's ok do without)
2 spoons of water
2 spoons of sake( if you don't have add some white wine dry)
2 spoons of sugar. mix and pour of the meatballs.
Leave on low fire till the sauce start to dissapear.
It is preferable to eat with simple rice.
