Hospitals in Romania.Medical system sucks.

In Romania hospitals sucks. I have been lately in few hospitals ,mostly Municipal hospital.
Firstly the buildings looks pathetic without having the necessary conditions to treat a patient, always in construction,then the rooms are always full ,too many beds .
From the guardians outside,the elevators ladies,nurses,doctors,they all want money.
If you don't give money you are not allowed to enter inside,to go with the elevator unless they want but even if is the visit hour they always have something to say and they are angry,and the nurses and doctors if you don't shake hands and give them money (tips)they are not looking at you or talk with you.
I do hate this system and i hope that it will change in future and it will be like outside,in the european countries,because even in Hungary the medical system is very good and the patients are treated well.
I want to ring the bell, people to wake up and stop giving tips for medical system unless is necessary.
Let's do something,let's change this bad system.I hope you agree with me.
